Are these paintings or photos?

All of my original paintings begin with a photoshoot. I select photos from the shoot, draw it on a canvas, then paint it. The artwork is traditionally painted and is not paint on top of a photograph.

What materials do you use for your original artwork?

All of my original paintings are made with high-quality gallery depth canvas, professional-quality acrylic paints (Golden, Liquitex) and various mediums and varnishes. They are often finished with a UV resistant spray coating.

Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom?

Yes, just make sure the canvas is not in direct contact with water.

How is my order packed?

We are experts at shipping artwork so rest assured that your order will be professionally wrapped and packed for safe shipping.

What company do you ship with?

We ship within North America using primarily UPS, however from time to time we will use other couriers depending on order sizes and where it is shipping. International shipments are accepted and will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact support if you require an international quote. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address.

Our Guarantee

Our guarantee is simple, if for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost. This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping.

We use a 100% colour calibrated workflow however due to the huge variety of monitors used to view images we cannot guarantee that the colour and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print. If exact colour matching is a priority, then please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to produce small sample prints of your file. The cost for this service is $80.00/hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour charge.

Order Cancellation

Your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production. Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days. If you must cancel your order please contact ASAP by email or phone at 647-725-3433.

Shipping

We within Canada & the continental United States, shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will be quoted on a case by case basis. A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Average shipping/delivery time is between 2-5 days (once your finished order leaves our facility).

Our average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-7 days and 7-10 days for face-mount to acrylic plus additional time for shipping. Oversized canvases and large orders may take longer to produce. From mid-November to Mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season.

Do you include hanging hardware on your originals and prints?

Yes, the hanging hardware included for canvases is a high-grade braided wire fastened to D-rings, ready to hang. The face mount to acrylic comes with a back frame installed for easy hanging. Simply countersink 1-3 screws with a large head into your wall making sure they are level. The screw head should sit about ½” out of the wall, and the back frame will then rest on the screw(s). The back frame is intended to hang flush to the wall. If you have older walls or special finishes please take this into consideration before installation. If you have any questions regarding the hanging hardware provided, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service department.

Are your reproduction canvases considered 'Giclee' quality?

Yes. Our canvases are digital prints produced on inkjet and latex printers.  We use only archival quality inks and artist-grade canvases
